Community Service Obligations (CSOs) are non‑commercial goods or services which Government purchases from State-Owned Enterprises (SOEs) for delivery to the Solomon Islands community on its behalf.
The CSO Policy Framework document below outlines the Solomon Islands Government approach to providing CSOs and the process to be followed. The associated CSO Costing Guidelines and Contracting for CSOs documents provide additional material to assist SOEs and Ministries implement those elements of CSO Policy Framework.
This website also acts as a public register of all new CSO applications, CSO contracts (amended for any confidential information), and annual reviews of existing CSOs.
