Legislation
These are the rules approved by Parliament on how public funds and resources are to be collected and used;
Procurement Contracts
These are the contracts that have been awarded as a result of tender processes;
Financial Instructions
The rules issued by the Minister and Permanent Secretary of Finance on how ministries are to operate in a way consistent with what Parliament has approved;
Debt History
Monthly and quarterly reports showing volume of external and domestic debt outstanding and measures of debt sustainability and affordability;
Extractive Industries Transparency Initiative (EITI)
Monthly and quarterly reports showing volume of external and domestic debt outstanding and measures of debt sustainability and affordability;
Government Statistics
The Ministry is responsible for the collection and publication of a range of statistical information. These documents are prepared on a regular and periodic basis and will be published on this website when they become available;
Forms
A range of forms and documents to be used by ministries in meeting their financial administration responsibilities and for the public in their dealings with the ministry on such matters as customs and tax;
Corporate Documents
Corporate and other planning documents set out the plans for what the Ministry intends to do and the Annual Reports to explain what has been done;

Provides guidance to Ministries on how to access electronic bank records and check balances and transactions.
